Start taking bookings after an easy two-minute set up. No credit card required. All you need to do is add the services you provide and define your opening hours.
Also you can adjust how the booking site should look, customize outgoing messages and modify many other settings for how your account should work.

Verification included
MakePlans will verify the identity of those making a booking. This ensures your database isn't full of inaccurate information and will reduce spam/fake bookings. You can also disable verification if you prefer.
Need an extra layer of verification? You can also manually confirm new reservations.

- Staff approval
- None at all (YOLO)
SMS reminders
Customers will automatically receive an SMS reminder before the appointment. This will reduce no-shows and ensures that customers don't have re-book when they forget appointments.
Credit card payments
It's possible demand prepayment with a credit card using our payment partner Stripe. You will automatically receive the paid amount in your bank account within a few days. It's very easy to get started and Stripe has no monthly fixed fees.
Credit card details are never stored in MakePlans. All our payment processing partners are PCI compliant.
In full control of customer communication
We provide a sensible default for outgoing messages but you can easily adjust texts in all outgoing messages.
You can even adjust the SMS and email sender name. When your customers book using MakePlans they book with you - not us.

Our advanced message template function allows you to trigger email and sms at any point in the booking flow. Send the booking confirmation message as both email and SMS. Send multiple reminders at multiple custom times befofe the appointment starts. Then follow up a week later with an email to gather feedback. All up to you - you have full control over delivery timing, content and senders.

Define your own availability
Set up your standard availability for the weekdays: Mon-Wed 9AM-3PM, Thu 11AM-6PM and TGIF 1PM-2PM. But what about those busy holidays? No worries, just adjust your availability for specific dates. Closed on November 25th? Done. Extended opening hours every Saturday in December? Done. Lunch every day at noon? You got it!
Flexible by design
With MakePlans you can adjust how things look and work. You can for example fine tune the calendar with how many minutes each cell should show. Or if you only work during the weekdays then why not hide the weekends in the calendar?
You can also add custom fields to all objects in MakePlans. So each calendar, service, customer, booking, can all store extra custom information.
