### Is Makeplans GDPR compliant?

Yes, Makeplans is fully compliant with GDPR. You are the data controller for your customer data and we are your data processor. We give you a data processing agreement, storage in Norway, and tools for export and deletion.

### Where is the data stored?

Your data is stored in Norway, with JCloud in Oslo.

### Can bookings contain health information?

Yes, a booking can reveal health information, for example at a doctor's office. You then need a legal basis under Article 6 of the GDPR and must meet a condition in Article 9. Makeplans stores booking and contact details and is not a medical record system.

### What do I do when a customer asks for access or deletion?

The customer contacts you, and you can export the data for that customer. We help if you need it. Deletion can be limited by retention rules, for example for financial and health data.
