## Quick and easy online booking for your customers.

### The customer picks a date and time slot.

You decide how many cars fit per slot. When a slot is full, it closes automatically.

### The booking lands in your calendar.

See every car coming in, with registration number and notes. Plan the day bay by bay.

### We send the customer an SMS reminder.

A no-show in high season is a wasted bay. Automatic reminders make sure customers show up on time.

## Everything your workshop needs.

Makeplans handles the seasonal rush so your phone doesn’t have to. Customers book online; the counter can still add bookings manually in seconds.

Everything is included in one simple price per bay or mechanic — no plans to compare, nothing to unlock. The only extra is SMS, billed per message; email is free.

## Tire hotel booking questions

### Can several cars book the same time slot?

Yes. You set the capacity per slot — for example four cars every half hour — and the slot closes automatically when it’s full.

### What does it cost?

One fixed monthly price per bookable resource — unlimited bookings, unlimited users, every feature included. The current price is on our [pricing page](/en/pricing/).

### Can I collect the registration number when they book?

Yes. Add a required custom field for the registration number — and any other detail you need, like tire dimensions or whether the tires are in your storage.
